The common shares of Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. &nbsp;The Company has 32,663,313 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 20.5 million shares.
Premier Diagnostics provides advanced nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging services using positron emission tomography/ x-ray computed tomography (&ldquo;PET/CT&rdquo;) scan for the early detection of cancer, heart, and brain diseases. &nbsp; The Company intends to establish centres for advanced diagnostic imaging, together with an integrated support services infrastructure, utilizing PET (positron emission tomography) scanning technology. &nbsp; PET is used in the early detection, evaluation and management of cancer and also in the evaluation of heart disease and Alzheimer&rsquo;s disease.
