The common shares of Portage Minerals Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. &nbsp;Following an amalgamation with Rockport Mining Corporation the Company has approximately 125 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 119 million shares.
Portage is a junior mining exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral prospects in Canada and the United States.
