The common shares of Shamrock Enterprises Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. &nbsp;Following an Initial Public Offering of 4 million shares at a price of $0.25 per share, there are 9,532,800 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 8.2 million shares. &nbsp;Northern Securities Inc. acted as Agent on the Offering.
Shamrock is a junior mining exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral prospects in Canada.
