The common shares of Armadillo Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX. &nbsp;The Company has 21,453,000 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 21.1 million shares.
Armadillo holds an option to earn a 70% interest in a property known as the &ldquo;Waverley-Tangier Property&rdquo; comprising 25 contiguous mineral claims located in the Revelstoke Mining Division of British Columbia. &nbsp;In addition, Armadillo has entered into an agreement to acquire the issued capital of Amazonia, a Brazilian company. Amazonia is the registered owner of 116 mining claims encompassing approximately 860,000 hectares, in good standing, located in the States of Amazonas, Mato Grosso and Rondonia, Brazil.
