GLR Resources Inc.&nbsp;has announced a name change to&nbsp;Mistango River Resources Inc.&nbsp;and the consolidation of its Class A voting common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each four (4) &nbsp;pre-consolidation common shares. Fractional shares remaining after giving effect to the consolidation will be cancelled, such that shareholdings of each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of post-consolidation common shares. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 15,898,756 common shares. 
 
The date set for the consolidation is March 23, 2011.&nbsp; The post-consolidated common shares of Mistango River Resources Inc. will begin trading on March 21, 2011. &nbsp;The Company will trade under the new symbol "MIS". 
 
Dealers should be aware that open orders on "GLE" will not be transferred to "MIS", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "MIS " taking into account the share consolidation.
