Following an Initial Public Offering of 4 million shares at a price of $0.15 per share for gross proceeds of $600,000, there are 17,406,667 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 7.8 million shares. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as Agent on the Offering.
