Manuweb Software Systems Inc. has announced a name change to VisualVault Corporation and a consolidation of its common shares on a basis of one (1) new common share of VisualVault for seven (7) pre-consolidated share of Manuweb.&nbsp; VisualVault will not issue any fractional Common Shares as a result of the consolidation.&nbsp; Instead, all fractional shares equal or greater to one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number.&nbsp;&nbsp; <o:p></o:p> 
The common shares of the Company will begin trading under its new name and on a consolidated basis on December 21,2011 under the trading symbol &ldquo;VVT&rdquo;.<o:p></o:p> 
CNSX Dealers should be aware that open orders on "AIV" will not be transferred to "VVT", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "VVT" taking into account the share consolidation.<o:p></o:p>
