 BAC Canada Finance Company Extendible Step Up Semi-Annual Pay Medium-Term Notes, Series 6 were posted for trading March 6, 2012 on an &ldquo;if, as and when issued&rdquo; basis. 
All trades up to and including March 14 will settle March 19, 2012, the Issue Date of the Notes.
 
On Thursday, March 15, 2012 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis with accrued interest.
