2012-0603 - Province of Manitoba Bonds

On May 18, 2012 Manitoba Finance announced the interest rate for Manitoba Builder Bonds, Series 13, on sale May 22, 2012  to June 5, 2012 throughout the province. 
In addition, the interest rate for all outstanding floating rate bonds, which are adjustable and redeemable annually, has been set at 1.75 percent effective June 15, 2012.

The Series 13 Builder Bonds will be listed on Monday, June 18 under the following symbols:

The following bonds will be delisted upon maturation Friday, June 15, 2011.  All trades Wednesday June 13 through Friday June 15 will be for settlement on June 15:

HJA.DB.B Manitoba Hydro Bonds Series 10 Five-Year Annual Fixed Rate June 15 2012

HJF.DB Manitoba Hydro Bonds Series 10 Five-Year Annual Floating Rate June 15 2012

The interest rate will be adjusted to 1.75 percent on the outstanding Floating Rate bonds, effective June 15, 2012:

BL.DB.F Builder Bonds Series 12 June 15 2015
