CNSX Markets has suspended Northern Securities Inc. effective immediately for failure to pay fees and charges in accordance with Rule 2-111(1).&nbsp; 
Further to Rule 2-111(2) the suspension is deemed an interim order pursuant to Rule 7-105. An interim order issued by the Exchange pursuant to Rule 7-105 expires 15 days after the date on which the interim order was made unless:&nbsp; 
a) a hearing is commenced within that period of time to confirm or set aside the interim order; or&nbsp; 
b) any party against which the interim order is made consents to an extension of the interim order until a hearing of the matter is held.
