BAC Canada Finance Company (the Company&rdquo;) has notified CNSX that&nbsp;the maturity date of its&nbsp;5 year Extendible Step-Up Note Series&nbsp;1 (the &ldquo;Note&rdquo;) will not be extended.
The Notes will mature on the Initial Maturity Date of&nbsp;November 15, 2012.&nbsp;

All trades on November 13 through November 15, 2012 will be for settlement on November 15, 2012.&nbsp; The Notes will be delisted at the market close on November 15.
