Winston Resources Inc., has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of 20 current shares for 1 new share. Any fractional shares resulting from the consolidation will be converted to whole shares.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 3,503,974. The record date for the share consolidation is Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on Monday, May 13, 2013. The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Friday, May 10, 2013. CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
