Kariana Resources Inc. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of four (4) current shares for 1 new share. Any fractional shares resulting from the Consolidation will be converted to whole shares pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).</p>
<p>
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 3,006,250.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on January 27, 2014. The name and symbol will not change.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business January 24, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.&nbsp;</p>
