Jager Metal Corp. has announced a name change to Jagercor Energy Corp., and a split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of four (4) new Shares for one (1) old Share.&nbsp;
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be increased to approximately&nbsp;48,445,048.&nbsp;

Shares will begin trading on a split basis under the new name on January 27, 2014. The symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, January 24, 2014. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the split.
