Intelimax Media Inc. has announced a name change to DraftTeam Fantasy Sports Inc., and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of five (5) current shares for one (1) new share. No fractional shares will be issued.&nbsp;
&nbsp;As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 17,330,125
Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on January 31, 2014.&nbsp;
