Arris Holdings Inc. has announced a stock split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) current share for five (5) new shares.&nbsp;

As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be increased to approximately 117,916,860.

The common shares of the Company will commence trading on a split basis at the opening, Monday, February 24, 2014. &nbsp;Disclosure documents are available at <a href="http://www.theCSE.com">www.theCSE.com</a> &nbsp;

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of Friday, February 21, 2014. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the split.
