BAC Canada Finance Company (the Company&rdquo;) has notified the CSE that&nbsp;the maturity date of its Extendible Step-Up Note Series 5 (the &ldquo;Note&rdquo;) will not be extended.
The Note will mature on February 28, 2014.&nbsp;
All trades on February 26 through February 28, 2014 will be for settlement on February 28, 2014.&nbsp; The Notes will be delisted at the market close on February 28, 2014.&nbsp;
