Leo Resources Inc. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of five (5) current shares for 1 new share. Any fractional shares resulting from the Consolidation will be converted to whole shares.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,247,500.&nbsp;
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on May 21, 2014. The name and symbol will not change.&nbsp;
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business May 20, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.&nbsp;
