Finore Mining Inc. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of ten (10) current shares for 1 new share. Any resulting fractional share entitlement remaining after conversion that is less than one-half of a Common Share will be cancelled and each fractional Common Share that is at least one half of a Common Share will be changed to one whole Common Share. 
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 15,489,132.&nbsp;

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on June 16, 2014. The name and symbol will not change.&nbsp;

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Friday, June 13, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.&nbsp;
