Orca Touchscreen Technologies Ltd.&nbsp;has announced a stock split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) current share for four (4) new shares.&nbsp;
The common shares of the Company will commence trading on a split basis at the opening July 9, 2014. &nbsp;Disclosure documents are available at <a href="http://www.thecse.com/CNSX/Securities/Technology/Orca-Touchscreen-Technologies-Ltd.aspx">www.theCSE.com</a>&nbsp;
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business July 8, 2014. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the split.
