Galahad Metals Inc. has announced a name change to Rosehearty Energy Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of ten (10) current shares for one (1) new share. &nbsp;All fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number. &nbsp;&nbsp;
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,622, 288.&nbsp;

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on July 31, 2014. Please note the symbol will remain the same.&nbsp;

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on today, July 30, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.&nbsp;
