SecureCom Mobile Inc. has announced a stock split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) current share for two (2) new shares.&nbsp;

The common shares of the Company will commence trading on a split basis at the opening October 3, 2014. &nbsp;Disclosure documents are available at <a href="http://www.thecse.com/CNSX/Securities/Technology/SecureCom-Mobile-Inc.aspx">www.theCSE.com&nbsp;</a>

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business October 2, 2014. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the split.
