	Taku Gold recently announced a share consolidation on the basis of 1 new share for 10 old shares. The consolidation will be effective after the market close today, and the post-consolidated shares will begin trading tomorrow, January 6, 2015. Following the consolidation, there will be approximately 8,666,514 common shares outstanding. The name and symbol will not change. &nbsp;Please note the new CUSIP, below. &nbsp; 
	Taku Gold previously traded on the TSX Venture Exchange.
