The common shares of DraftTeam Fantasy Sports Inc. (&ldquo;DraftTeam&rdquo; or the &ldquo;Company&rdquo;)&nbsp;will be delisted at the market close today, March 9, 2015. 
&nbsp; 
DraftTeam announced that on March 3, 2015, the British Columbia Supreme Court issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement with Sabre Graphite Corp. (&ldquo;Sabre&rdquo;) whereby Sabre will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of DraftTeam.
