Toro Resources Corp. announces a name change to Big Wind Capital Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a five (5) old to one (1) new basis as authorized by its shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on November 18, 2014. &nbsp;Fractional&nbsp;shares will be rounded down.
As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,839,727.
Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name and symbol on June 17, 2015.&nbsp;
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, June 16, 2015. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the consolidation.&nbsp;
