Lexaria Corp. has announced a split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of 1.1 new shares for 1 old share.&nbsp;

The common shares of the Company will commence trading on a split basis at the opening, Wednesday, December 16, 2015. &nbsp;Disclosure documents are available at <a href="http://www.thecse.com">www.theCSE.com</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business Tuesday, December 15, 2015. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the split.
