	CSE has received notice that Wolverton Securities Ltd. (“Wolverton”) and PI Financial Corp. (“PI”) have entered into an agreement whereby PI will acquire the assets of Wolverton.&nbsp; The combined assets will operate under PI Financial Corp. (“PI”), broker code 059 effective June 19, 2016.

	Wolverton Securities Ltd. will terminate its status as a Dealer effective June 17, 2016.&nbsp; Wolverton Securities Ltd. traded under broker code 095.
