	On March 18, 2016, the CSE received notice that Global Securities Corporation (“Global”) and PI Financial Corp. (“PI”) entered into a definitive agreement whereby PI will acquire and integrate all Global client accounts into its retail brokerage operation.&nbsp; PI Financial Corp. (“PI”) will continue to trade under broker code 059.

	Global Securities Corporation will terminate its status as a Dealer effective September 23, 2016.&nbsp; Global Securities Corporation traded under broker code 054.
