	The common shares of Cayenne Capital Corp. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	The shares are deemed to be listed on&nbsp;June&nbsp;27, 2017,&nbsp;in anticipation of closing of a Prospectus Offering.&nbsp;

	Trading will commence on June 29, 2017, subject to confirmation of closing.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;www.thecse.com

	Cayenne Capital Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties. The Company has an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the Lode Star property which is comprised of 5 mineral claims located approximately 25 kilometres southeast of Cherryville, British Columbia.
