	Captor Capital Corp. (“Captor”) is a diversified investment and merchant banking firm focused on the mining, technology and industrial sectors. Captor intends to take advantage of special situations and merchant banking opportunities, as such opportunities arise, and make investments in other sectors which the Issuer identifies from time to time as offering particular value. It is intended that Captor will acquire and hold securities for both long-term capital appreciation and shorter-term gains.
