	EVI Global Group Developments Corp. has announced the record date with respect to eligible shareholders who would be entitled to receive shares of certain subsidiaries to be spun out from the company under a recently approved arrangement agreement, as amended, between the company and certain of its subsidiaries (1155176 B.C. LTD., Polarity Minerals Corp., 1151588 B.C. LTD., Quri-Mayu Ventures Ltd., and 1151589 B.C. LTD.).&nbsp; At this time, no particular subsidiary is being spun out and this bulletin is meant to set the record date for shareholders eligible to receive shares of the subsidiaries upon the arrangement being effective with respect to each subsidiary.

	At the relevant dates, the company will announce (through news releases) the effectiveness of the arrangement with respect to each subsidiary prior to effecting the same and prior to the relevant shares being issued.
