	Target Capital Inc. has announced a Rights Offering to holders of its common shares in Canada at the close of business on the record date of May 29, 2018, on the basis of one right for each common share held. Four (4) rights will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common shares of the Company upon payment of the subscription price of $0.06 per Common shares.

	The common shares will trade on an ex-rights basis and the rights will begin trading on May 28, 2018&nbsp; under the symbol TCI.RT. The rights will expire at 5:00 pm (Toronto Time) on June 22, 2018.

	Trading in the rights will be halted at noon on June 22, 2018.

	Target Capital Inc. a annoncé un placement de droits aux porteurs de ses actions ordinaires au Canada à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de clôture des registres, soit le 29 mai 2018, sur la base d'un droit pour chaque action ordinaire détenue. Quatre (4) droits permettront à son détenteur de souscrire à une action ordinaire de la Société moyennant le paiement du prix de souscription de 0,06 $ par action ordinaire.

	Les actions ordinaires seront négociées sur une base ex-droits et les droits commenceront à être négociés le 28 mai 2018 sous le symbole TCI.RT. Les droits expireront à 17 h (heure de Toronto) le 22 juin 2018.

	La négociation des droits sera suspendue à midi le 22 juin 2018.
