	Blox Labs Inc. has announced it is undertaking a three for one stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive two additional shares for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on June 27, 2018.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 117,413,997 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on June 26, 2018. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the three-for-one stock split.

	Blox Labs Inc. a annoncé qu'elle procède à un fractionnement de trois actions pour une action ordinaire émise et en circulation. Chaque actionnaire inscrit à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de clôture des registres recevra deux actions supplémentaires pour chaque action détenue à cette date.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base fractionnée (ex-distribution) le 27 juin 2018.

	À la clôture de la scission, environ 117 413 997 actions seront émises et en circulation.

	Toutes les commandes en cours seront purgées du livre à la clôture du marché le 26 juin 2018. Les courtiers doivent rappeler leurs ordres en tenant compte du fractionnement des actions de trois pour un.
