	Following a fundamental change Midnight Star Ventures Corp., has requalified for listing.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;www.thecse.com&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Midnight Star is a scientific research company which has licensed a proprietary technology for growing plant cells in bioreactors for cannabis purposes. The company is completing research and development to adapt the technology to cannabis. It also has an option&amp;nbsp;to acquire an eighty percent (80%) interest in the Fish Project (the "Fish Project"). The Fish Project is comprised of 56 unpatented mining claims covering approximately 1,120 acres located in Esmeralda County, Nevada.

	Please note the company name, symbol CUSIP and ISIN will not change.
