2018-1010 – New Listing - Flower One Holdings Inc. (FONE)

	The common shares of Flower One Holdings Inc., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Flower One Holdings Inc. (“FONE”) is a company with strategic investments in the cannabis sector through its wholly-owned subsidiaries. FONE’s wholly-owned subsidiaries are located in Nevada where it is currently converting the largest commercial scale greenhouse in the State. The 455,000 square foot facility will be used for cannabis cultivation as well as the processing, production and high-volume packaging of dry flower, cannabis oils, concentrates and infused products.

	Flower One Holdings Inc. («FONE») est une société qui investit de manière stratégique dans le secteur du cannabis par l’intermédiaire de ses filiales à 100%. Les filiales à 100% de FONE sont situées dans le Nevada, où elle convertit actuellement la plus grande serre à échelle commerciale de l’État. L'installation de 455 000 pieds carrés sera utilisée pour la culture du cannabis ainsi que pour le traitement, la production et le conditionnement à grand volume de fleurs sèches, d'huiles de cannabis, de concentrés et de produits pour perfusion.
