	Four Nines Gold Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for each five (5) pre-consolidation common shares.&nbsp; No fractional shares will be issued.&nbsp; All fractional shares resulting from the consolidation will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole number.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 2,530,900.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on October 22,&nbsp;2018.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on October 19, 2018. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Four Nines Gold Inc. a annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action post-consolidation pour chaque cinq (5) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation. Aucune fraction d'action ne sera émise. Toutes les fractions d'actions résultant de la consolidation seront arrondies au nombre entier le plus proche.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 2 530 900.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 22 octobre 2018.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des opérations le 19 octobre 2018. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
