	At the request of the company, the common shares and warrants of Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. will begin trading in US currency at the market open on October 24, 2018. (the “Effective Date”) &nbsp;

	Trades prior to the Effective Date will settle in Canadian currency. Trades on or after the Effective Date will settle in US currency.

	The common shares and warrants will begin trading under the new symbol on October 24, 2018.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on October 23, 2018. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the currency change.
