	PUF Ventures Inc. has announced and name change to AgraFlora Organics International Inc. and a five (5) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive five additional shares for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on November 16, 2018.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 340,671,315 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on November 15, 2018. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the one-for-five stock split.

	PUF Ventures Inc. a annoncé le changement de nom d'AgraFlora Organics International Inc. et un fractionnement d'actions de cinq (5) pour un (1) de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation. Chaque actionnaire inscrit à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de clôture des registres recevra cinq actions supplémentaires pour chaque action détenue à cette date.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base fractionnée (hors distribution) le 16 novembre 2018.

	À la fin de la scission, il y aura environ 340,671,315 actions émises et en circulation.

	Toutes les commandes en cours seront purgées du livre à la clôture du marché le 15 novembre 2018. Nous rappelons aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la division d'actions de un à cinq.
