	Ignite International Brands, Ltd. the issuer resulting from a Fundamental Change of ALQ Gold Corp, has been approved for listing.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;www.thecse.com&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Ignite International Brands, Ltd. is an investment company with a focus in the cannabis industry. The company currently has one cannabis-related investment in Canada, being an investment in units of a private British Columbia company involved in the production of standardized cannabinoid products for licensed producers and operating an analytics laboratory. The company has two investments in the US. It has provided financing to a private Nevada company involved in the cultivation and packaging of cannabis products. The company also has an investment in, and has provided financing to, a private Wyoming company with the right to license the use of certain trademarks and copyrights with respect to the “IGNITE” brand. Additionally, the company and the Wyoming company have entered into a license agreement for the use of the trademarks and copyrights pursuant to the terms of the license agreement.

	On October 30, 2018, ALQ Gold Corp. effected a name change to Green Axis Capital Corp. and a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for each two (2) pre-consolidation common shares. The CUSIP/ISIN for the name change to Green Axis Capital Corp. and consolidation is 39260V104/CA39260V1040. Subsequently, the Company effected another name change to Ignite International Brands, Ltd. and consolidation of its share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for each five (5) Green Axis Capital Corp. shares.
