	Cloud Nine Education Group Ltd.&nbsp; has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on&nbsp; the&nbsp; basis&nbsp; of up&nbsp; to&nbsp; every five&nbsp; (5) old&nbsp; Common&nbsp; Shares&nbsp; being consolidated into one (1) new Common Share. &nbsp;No fractional Shares will be issued and such fraction will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of Common Shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 8,146,503.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on March 21, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on March 20, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Cloud Nine Education Group Ltd. a annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d’un maximum de cinq (5) anciennes actions ordinaires consolidées en une (1) nouvelle action ordinaire. Aucune fraction d'action ne sera émise et cette fraction sera arrondie au nombre entier d'actions ordinaires le plus proche.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 8 146 503.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 21 mars 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des opérations le 20 mars 2019. Nous rappelons aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
