	Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. has requalified for listing following a fundamental change.

	The Company has completed the acquisition of two wholly owned subsidiaries Advanced Bioceuticals Limited (“ABL”), incorporated under the Laws of New Jersey and Pro-Thotics Technology Inc. (“PTI”), a New York corporation with a more than 25 year established business.&nbsp; Through PTI the Company will continue to focus on expanding the sale of Durable Medical Equipment (“DME-Products”) and increasing its database of more than 200,000 patients with service of providing relief from pain and medical issues via its DME-Products.&nbsp; Through ABL the Company is determined to develop a business of hemp based Cannabidiol (CBD) products with zero Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content including CBD infused skin, bath, and body care products.

	La société a finalisé l’acquisition de deux filiales à part entière, Advanced Bioceuticals Limited («ABL»), constituée en vertu des lois du New Jersey et de Pro-Thotics Technology Inc. («PTI»), une société new-yorkaise comptant plus de 25 ans d’expérience. entreprise établie. Par l’intermédiaire de PTI, la Société continuera d’axer ses efforts sur le développement de la vente d’équipement médical durable («produits DME») et l’accroissement de sa base de données de plus de 200 000 patients afin de soulager la douleur et les problèmes médicaux grâce à ses produits DME. Par le biais d’ABL, la société est déterminée à développer une entreprise de produits à base de cannabidiol (CBD) à base de chanvre, contenant zéro contenu en tétrahydrocannabinol (THC), y compris des produits pour la peau, le bain et les soins du corps infusés de CBD.
