	Valens Groworks Corp. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") have been approved for listing.

	Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, to acquire one Common Share at a Price of $4.00, subject to adjustment, on or prior to 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the expiry date, April 9, 2021. The warrants are subject to an accelerated expiry should certain conditions be met.&nbsp; See the Warrant Indenture for a full description and terms of the warrants.

	Chaque bon de souscription permettra à son porteur, lors de son exercice, à tout moment après la date d'émission et avant l'heure d'expiration, d'acquérir une action ordinaire au prix de 4,00 $, sous réserve d'un ajustement, au plus tard à 17h00.
