	At the request of the company, the common shares of CLS Holdings USA Inc. will begin trading in Canadian currency at the market open on April 26, 2019. (the “Effective Date”) &nbsp;

	Trades prior to the Effective Date will settle in US currency. Trades on or after the Effective Date will settle in Canadian currency.

	The common shares will begin trading under the new symbol "CLSH" on April 26, 2019.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on April 25, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the currency change.
