	Liht Cannabis Corp. (LIHT/LIHT.WT)&nbsp; has announced a name and symbol change to Citation Growth Corp. (CGRO/CGRO.WT).

	Liht Cannabis Corp. has also announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for each four (4) pre-consolidation common shares. &nbsp;

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 61,969,000.

	The shares will begin trading&nbsp;under the new name and symbol and on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on June 12, 2019.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on June 11, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.
