	Further to the June 21st, 2019&nbsp;announcement (the "Acreage News Release") by&nbsp; Acreage Holdings, Inc. ("Acreage"), Acreage has set the record date for entitlement to the&nbsp;&nbsp;pro rata portion (on an as converted to Subordinate Voting Share basis) of US$300,000,000 (the “Option Premium”) being paid by Canopy Growth Corporation to such persons as consideration for granting the Canopy Growth Call Option as described in the Acreage News Release. It is expected that the Option Premium will be distributed to such holders of record on or before the third business day following the Initial Effective Date of June 27, 2019. Pursuant to the payment of the Option Premium, each holder of Subordinate Voting Shares and certain other eligible holders of securities exchangeable for Subordinate Voting Shares will receive approximately US$2.63 per Subordinate Voting Share (on an as converted to Subordinate Voting Share basis), with the final amount to be received by each holder determined based on the number of Subordinate Voting Shares into which all of the eligible securities would be converted at the close of business on the record date.

	Suite à l'annonce du 21 juin 2019 (le « Communiqué de presse sur l'acre » par Acreage Holdings, Inc. (« Acreage »), Acreage a fixé la date record pour le droit à la portion pro rata (sur la base de l'action de vote subordonnée) de 300 000 000 $US (le « Prime d'option ») versée par Canopy Growth Corporation à ces personnes en contrepartie de l'octroi de l'option d'appel de croissance canopy, tel que décrit dans le communiqué de presse de Acreage. On s'attend à ce que la prime d'option soit distribuée à ces détenteurs d'enregistrement le troisième jour ouvrable suivant la date d'entrée en vigueur initiale du 27 juin 2019. Conformément au paiement de la prime d'option, chaque détenteur d'actions à droit de vote subordonné et certains autres détenteurs admissibles de titres échangeables contre des actions à droit de vote subordonné recevront environ 2,63 $US par action à droit de vote subordonné (sur un converti en action avec droit de vote subordonné), le montant final devant être reçu par chaque détenteur déterminé en fonction du nombre d'actions avec droit de vote subordonné dans lequel tous les titres admissibles seraient convertis à la clôture des activités à la date d'enregistrement.
