	Blue Lagoon Resources Inc. has announced a four (4) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. &nbsp;Each shareholder of record of the Company as of the close of business on the Record Date will receive three additional Shares for each Share held on such date and the Company will use the “push out” method.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis on August 23, 2019.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 20,922,800 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on August 22, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the four-for-one stock split.

Chaque actionnaire inscrit de la société à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de clôture des registres recevra trois actions supplémentaires pour chaque action détenue à cette date et la société utilisera la méthode dite du «rejet».

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées le 22 août 2019.

	Au terme de la scission, il y aura environ 20 922 800 actions émises et en circulation.

	Toutes les commandes en cours seront purgées du livre à la clôture du marché le 22 août 2019. Nous rappelons aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte du fractionnement d'actions à raison de quatre pour une.
