	Softlab9 Software Solutions Inc. &nbsp;has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis&nbsp; of one&nbsp; (1) post-consolidation common share for every thirteen (13) pre-consolidation common shares &nbsp;Any fraction of a share will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,766,668.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on August 28, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on August 27, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Softlab9 Software Solutions Inc. a annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d’une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour treize (13) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation. Toute fraction d’action sera arrondie à le nombre entier le plus proche.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 4 766 668.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 28 août 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des activités le 27 août 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
