	Netcoins Holdings Inc. has announced that the company has set August 26, 2019 as the records date in connection with its distribution, as a return of capital, of 37,500,000 common shares of Big Blockchain Intelligence Group Inc., as previously announced in its news release of August 2, 2019. Shareholders as of the record date will receive their pro-rata portion of the shares as part of the distribution, provided that shareholders complete a declaration of residency, which shall be mailed to them after the record date.&nbsp;
