	Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc &nbsp;has announced a name and symbol change to Core One Labs Inc. (COOL)

	Core One Labs has also announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of six (6) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 23,244,199.

	The shares will begin trading&nbsp;under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on September 6, 2019.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on September 5, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.

	Core One Labs a également annoncé un regroupement de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base de six (6) actions antérieures à la consolidation pour chaque (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation.
