	FSD Pharma Inc. has announced a consolidation of its Class B Subordinate Voting shares on the basis&nbsp; of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every two hundred one (201) pre-consolidation common shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 7,874,809.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on October 16, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on October 15, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	FSD Pharma Inc. a annoncé la consolidation de ses actions à droit de vote subordonné de catégorie B sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour deux cent et un (201) actions ordinaires avant consolidation.

	Par conséquent, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 7 874 809.

	Les actions commenceront à se négocier sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 16 octobre 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.
